Ordering Information

How to order Online (24 hours a day, 7 days a week):
Ordering online is safe, easy and convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products, click the "Add to Cart" button for multiple-product orders or the "One-Click-Buy" button for speedy purchase of a single product. When you have finished shopping for multiple products, click "View Cart" in the links on the left or bottom and follow instructions to fill out billing and shipping information and submit your order.

Sales Tax

Orders to be billed or shipped to Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax. QNL Quantum Rx nutritional supplements are not subject to sales tax since they are classified as "food".

Shipping

We only use UPS, since other carriers irradiate packages. Irradiation destroys the nutrient content of our Living Source Super Foods.

FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA (adjacent 48 states only).
Regular UPS Ground Shipping on orders under $100 is $8.95.

International and overseas orders will be charged a secondary charge for the balance of the actual shipping costs.

SORRY! We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes.

Please Note: Orders placed online ship faster than phone orders.
Next-Day and Two-Day shipping is available for an extra charge.

Standard Delivery

We only use UPS since all other carriers are now irradiating all packages which can destroy the effective quality of whole food nutritional products.
The UPS delivery person may leave the package without a signature if he/she feels that it is safe to do so.
Delivery Time is 3-10 days.

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday ship within 48 hours.
Orders placed Thursday ship no later than Monday.
Orders placed Friday ship no later than Tuesday.
Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship no later than Wednesday.

UPS shipping charges are not refundable.

Methods of Payment

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards.

If you would like us to mail a gift certificate to you or to someone else, just let us know.
If you would like an order sent directly to a customer, friend or associate, we will be glad to do that as well.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. If you are not happy for any reason, return your unopened purchase within 30 days from the date we shipped, and we will exchange or refund your money. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

To return any item, the item must be shipped UPS. We will not accept returns sent via the US Post Office or Fed Ex since these carriers are now irradiating each package which destroys the life force in our whole food nutraceuticals

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
